Ingredients

Scale
  1. For the donuts:

    • 1 can biscuit dough (or homemade dough) – for a golden, crispy base
    • Oil – for frying

    For the cheesecake filling:

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened – rich and creamy
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar – adds sweetness
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract – for a warm, aromatic flavor

    For the peach cobbler filling:

    • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned) – juicy and sweet
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar – enhances the caramelized flavor
    • 1 tsp cinnamon – a hint of spice
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water – thickens the filling

Instructions

  • Fry the donuts:
    • Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
    • Flatten the biscuit dough slightly and fry until golden brown and puffed, about 2–3 minutes per side.
    • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • Prepare the cheesecake filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Make the peach cobbler filling:
    • Combine the diced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
    • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the peaches soften and the mixture starts to bubble.
    • Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Combine the fillings:
    • Mix the cooled peach cobbler filling with the cheesecake filling. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
  • Fill the donuts:
    • Use a small knife to make a hole in each donut. Pipe the peach cobbler cheesecake filling into the center until the donut feels full.
  • Serve:
    • Enjoy warm for a gooey filling or cooled for a firmer texture. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze for extra sweetness.

Notes

  • Use store-bought biscuit dough for convenience, or make your favorite homemade dough for a personal touch.
  • For a more indulgent treat, top the donuts with a glaze made of powdered sugar and milk.
