2 cups pancake mix
1½ cups water
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until smooth.
Fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
