Description

These bite-sized McGriddle Bites combine fluffy pancake batter, savory breakfast sausage, and a touch of maple syrup for the perfect sweet and savory snack. Easy to make and perfect for breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

  1. 2 cups pancake mix
  2. 1½ cups water
  3. 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup.
  4. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
