- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1½ cups water
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving.
