1.2 lbs kielbasa (sliced)

1.7 lbs waxy potatoes (peeled, bite-sized)

2 cups chicken broth

9 oz green beans (trimmed, cut in half)

1 tsp dried dill

½ tsp sweet paprika

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients:

Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Dice onion and mince garlic.

Trim and halve green beans.

Slice kielbasa into rounds.

Cook Kielbasa & Aromatics:

Heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.

Add kielbasa and cook until golden brown.

Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes, then remove from skillet.
