1 lb chicken thighs, diced
8 oz noodles of your choice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup broccoli florets
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add diced chicken to the pot and cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in the noodles and broccoli, then cover the pot. Cook until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
