Description

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or similar)

  2. 2 cups milk

  3. 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

  4. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 1/4 cup butter

  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  7. Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook the Garlic: Melt the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Combine the Ingredients: Add the pasta, milk, white cheddar, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring well.

  • Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Stir halfway through the baking time to ensure even cooking.

 

  • Serve: Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

  • If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can reduce the amount of milk slightly or use half-and-half.
