Instructions
- Combine Herbs and Spices: In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and kosher salt.
 - Add Olive Oil and Cheese: Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the herb mixture. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
 - Optional Balsamic Addition: If desired, add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to the mixture for a hint of sweetness and depth.
 - Serve: Transfer the dip to a shallow serving dish. Serve immediately with slices of warm, crusty bread for dipping.
