  10. 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  11. Freshly baked crusty bread, sliced

Instructions

  • Combine Herbs and Spices: In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and kosher salt.
  • Add Olive Oil and Cheese: Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the herb mixture. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
