Description

These delightful Nun’s Puffs are light, golden, and slightly sweet, with a crisp exterior and airy center. Perfect for a cozy breakfast or dessert, serve them warm with honey or your favorite toppings like whipped cream and fruit.


Ingredients

  1. 1 stick butter (½ cup)

  2. 1 cup milk

  3. ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  4. 4 eggs

  5. ½1 Tablespoon sugar (optional)

  6. Sugar for sprinkling

  7. Honey for serving

  8. Whipped cream/fruit (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin pan thoroughly.

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the milk and bring to a low boil.

  • Add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously until the dough forms a ball.

  • Let the dough cool for 5 minutes.
