- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 34–36 Hershey’s kiss candies, unwrapped
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup, peanut butter, and sugar. Stir until smooth and the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Pour the peanut butter and syrup mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large mixing bowl. Stir until the cereal is completely coated.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets using a small cookie scoop (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per cookie) or a spoon.
- Gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
- Allow the cookies to cool and set before serving.

- This recipe yields approximately 34–36 cookies.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
