Description

These No Bake Peanut Butter Blossoms are a quick and easy treat perfect for any occasion! Made with just a few ingredients and topped with a classic Hershey’s kiss, they’re a no-bake twist on the iconic cookie. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you want a peanut butter-chocolate fix!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3436 Hershey’s kiss candies, unwrapped

Instructions

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup, peanut butter, and sugar. Stir until smooth and the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the peanut butter and syrup mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large mixing bowl. Stir until the cereal is completely coated.
  • Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets using a small cookie scoop (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per cookie) or a spoon.
  • Gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
  • Allow the cookies to cool and set before serving.
