Ingredients

Scale
  1. For the Crust:

    • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs (or crushed digestive biscuits)
    • 1/3 cup Unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar

    For the Lemon Filling:

    • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
    • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
    • 1/2 cup Heavy cream, whipped
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

    For Garnish (Optional):

    1. Whipped cream
    2. Lemon slices
    3. Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into a 9-inch tart pan (or pie dish). Place the crust in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.

  • Make the Lemon Filling:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until smooth and well incorporated.

  • Assemble & Chill:
Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is fully set.

  • Serve & Enjoy:
Before serving, garnish the tart with whipped cream, lemon slices, or fresh mint leaves for added flavor and decoration. Slice and enjoy this refreshing no-bake dessert!

Notes

  • Make sure the filling is completely chilled and set before serving to achieve the perfect texture.
  • For an extra tart flavor, add more lemon zest to the filling.

  • You can substitute the graham cracker crumbs with crushed digestive biscuits or other cookies for a different flavor profile.
