Description

These No-Bake Banana Cinnamon Energy Bites are the perfect snack for a quick energy boost! Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, peanut butter, and honey, they’re deliciously sweet, full of flavor, and packed with nutrients. Ideal for a busy lifestyle or a midday trea

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 ripe banana, mashed
  2. 1 cup rolled oats
  3. ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  4. 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  5. ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  • Add the rolled oats, peanut butter (or almond butter), honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  • If using, add the chia seeds or flaxseeds and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once chilled, enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can substitute the peanut butter with any nut butter of your choice (such as almond, cashew, or sunflower butter).
  • If you prefer a sweeter bite, add a little more honey or maple syrup.
  • You can add mix-ins like chocolate chips, dried fruit, or chopped nuts to customize the bites.
