Description

These easy-loaded nacho fries are topped with seasoned hamburger meat, melted cheese, and all the flavors of your favorite nachos. Perfect for a quick snack or a fun dinner

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 2 lb bag of Walmart brand seasoned fries
  2. 1 lb ground beef
  3. 1 packet taco seasoning
  4. 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions

Cook the seasoned fries according to package instructions.

While the fries are cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning to the browned beef, along with a little water (as instructed on the seasoning packet), and simmer until well combined and thickened.

Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving plate.

Spoon the seasoned beef over the fries, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Return the fries and beef to the oven or use a microwave to melt the cheese for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot, and enjoy

Notes

  • You can add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for extra flavor.
  • To make it spicier, you can add jalapeños or use spicy taco seasoning.
  • These can also be served with a side of refried beans for a heartier meal.
