Description

This easy and delicious tuna salad is made with canned tuna, hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard (optional). Perfect for a quick lunch or snack! Enjoy it on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.

  2. 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped pickles or relish
  6. 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill (for garnish)
  8. Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the drained tuna and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  • Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), chopped pickles or relish, and diced onions (if using). Stir until well mixed.
