			- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 pound lean ground beef
 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 4 large flour tortillas
 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - Dill pickle slices (optional)
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions for 3 minutes until soft. Add ground beef, break it into crumbles, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
 - Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds. Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles (optional).
 - Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
 
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
 - For extra flavor, add some sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the wrap.
 - These wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
