  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions for 3 minutes until soft. Add ground beef, break it into crumbles, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds. Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles (optional).
