- 1 bagel thin
- 2 small eggs
- 40g low-fat cheese
- 2 teaspoons pesto
- 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
Instructions
- Slice the bagel thin in half and place the halves in your air fryer tray.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of pesto on each bagel slice.
- Crack an egg onto one half of each bagel.
- Top each half with half of the cheese.
- Add the quartered cherry tomatoes on top.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then sprinkle the Italian herbs.
- Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for 6 minutes for a runny egg center. For a firmer egg, cook longer as desired.
Notes
- Use parchment paper or foil under the bagels in the air fryer to prevent sticking.
