Ingredients

  • 1 bagel thin
  • 2 small eggs
  • 40g low-fat cheese
  • 2 teaspoons pesto
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Slice the bagel thin in half and place the halves in your air fryer tray.
  2. Spread 1 teaspoon of pesto on each bagel slice.
  3. Crack an egg onto one half of each bagel.
  4. Top each half with half of the cheese.
  5. Add the quartered cherry tomatoes on top.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then sprinkle the Italian herbs.
  7. Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for 6 minutes for a runny egg center. For a firmer egg, cook longer as desired.
