- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- ½–1 Tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin pan thoroughly.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Add milk and bring to a low boil.
- Add flour all at once, stir vigorously until dough forms a ball.
- Cool dough for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Divide dough into muffin cups. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm with honey or other toppings like whipped cream or fruit.
Notes
- These puffs are best served fresh and warm, but they can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes if necessary.
- The sugar is optional, but it adds a slight sweetness to the puffs. Adjust according to taste.
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of vanilla extract to the dough.
