- 2 cups shredded chicken

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro’tel tomatoes (with diced green chilies)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ package taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, Ro’tel tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning. Stir until well combined.
- Layer the Casserole: Spread half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the casserole dish. Top with half of the chicken mixture. Repeat the layers and top with shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes to get a crispy top.
