Instructions

  • Slow Cooker Method: Turn on the slow cooker to the lowest setting. Add all ingredients into the pot, and heat while stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  • Stovetop Method: In a double boiler, heat the milk, chopped chiles, and spices. Gradually add the slices of American cheese, 1-2 slices at a time, stirring continuously until fully melted and blended together.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or use a hotter variety of green chiles.
