Description

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are loaded with tender, seasoned chicken, a creamy garlic sauce, and melty cheeses, all wrapped in toasted flour tortillas for a delicious and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 6–8 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parsley to make the garlic sauce. Set aside.
  3. Lay out the tortillas. Divide the cooked chicken evenly among them. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Drizzle the garlic sauce on top.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them tightly.
  5. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Wraps can be made ahead and toasted just before serving.
  • Serve with a side of salsa or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
