- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in the tuna, shredded cheddar cheese, diced celery, chopped broccoli, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
