Description

These Peanut Butter Cheesecake Donuts are an over-the-top indulgence made for dessert lovers. Chocolate-glazed donuts are transformed into decadent sandwiches filled with rich peanut butter cheesecake and crushed peanut butter cups, then finished with a warm peanut butter drizzle. Perfect for parties or a next-level treat!


Ingredients

For the Donut Sandwiches:
4 chocolate-glazed donuts
½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup crushed Reese’s cups (or similar peanut butter cups)

For the Peanut Butter Drizzle:
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the crushed Reese’s cups. Chill the filling for at least 30 minutes.

  • Slice each donut in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on each bottom half.

  • Once chilled, spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling onto the peanut butter layer of each donut bottom. Top with the other donut half.

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and milk. Microwave for 15–20 seconds, stir until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach drizzle consistency.

 

  • Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the donuts and sprinkle with more crushed Reese’s cups. Serve immediately.


Notes

  • Use mini donuts for bite-sized treats.

  • You can substitute almond butter or cookie butter for a flavor twist.

 

  • Best served fresh, but filling can be made ahead and stored chilled.
