- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
- Generously coat each chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish, ensuring they have enough space.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
