Description

A delicious, tender chicken breast coated in a creamy mayonnaise mixture, seasoned with garlic, onion, and paprika, topped with Parmesan cheese for a rich and flavorful dish.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Generously coat each chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish, ensuring they have enough space.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each chicken breast.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
