1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
Form the crisps: Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet and gently flatten them with the back of a spoon to form thin circles. Make sure to leave some space between each crisp.
Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
