- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the crisps: Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet and gently flatten them with the back of a spoon to form thin circles. Make sure to leave some space between each crisp.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Cool and serve: Let the crisps cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a serving plate.
Notes
- Make sure the crisps are thin to ensure they get crispy in the oven.
- You can add other Mediterranean herbs like thyme or basil for extra flavor.
- If you prefer a bit more crunch, you can also sprinkle a little breadcrumbs on top before baking.
