These Mediterranean Spinach & Feta Crisps are a perfect savory snack, combining fresh spinach, crumbled feta, mozzarella, and parmesan for a delightful crispy bite. Ideal for entertaining or as a snack!

  1. 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  2. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  3. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  4. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  5. 1 tsp olive oil
  6. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Form the crisps: Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet and gently flatten them with the back of a spoon to form thin circles. Make sure to leave some space between each crisp.
  • Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Cool and serve: Let the crisps cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a serving plate.
