Description

These Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos combine all the best pizza flavors in a handheld taco form! Packed with ground beef, pepperoni, sausage, melty mozzarella, and all your favorite pizza toppings, these tacos are a fun twist on the classic pizza. Perfect for a quick dinner or game day snack


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
½ cup pepperoni
½ cup sliced sausage
½ cup pizza sauce
½ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup black olives
¼ cup bell pepper
¼ cup red onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 tortillas


Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

  • Add the pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, red onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Warm the tortillas in the oven for 2–3 minutes.

  • Remove the tortillas and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each one.

  • Divide the meat and vegetable mixture evenly across the tortillas. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and black olives on top.

  • Place the assembled tortillas back in the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy your pizza-inspired tacos!


Notes

  • Feel free to add extra pizza toppings like mushrooms, bacon, or pepperoncini for a more personalized touch.

  • Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free version.

  • You can also use taco-sized tortillas for smaller servings or appetizers.
