Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. If using frozen chicken, let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Spread warm mashed potatoes evenly in a 9×13 baking dish. Top with corn and cheese.
- Slice chicken tenders into desired size pieces and arrange on top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes (15 minutes for homemade chicken, 20 minutes for frozen).
- Prepare gravy while the casserole bakes. Drizzle the gravy over the finished casserole before serving.
