Description

    • 1 cup corn

    Topping

    1. 8 chicken tenders (frozen or homemade)
    2. Brown gravy (homemade or packet)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. If using frozen chicken, let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Spread warm mashed potatoes evenly in a 9×13 baking dish. Top with corn and cheese.
  • Slice chicken tenders into desired size pieces and arrange on top of the casserole.
  • Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes (15 minutes for homemade chicken, 20 minutes for frozen).
