Marry Me Ravioli is a creamy, flavorful twist on the viral Marry Me Chicken recipe! Store-bought ravioli is elevated with a luscious homemade sauce featuring sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan, and white wine. This quick and easy dinner is ready in under 30 minutes and is perfect for date nights or busy weeknights

  1. 16 oz refrigerated ravioli

  2. Salt and pepper, to taste

  3. ⅓ cup chopped onion (white or yellow)

  4. 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  5. 4 oz oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

  6. ½ cup dry white wine (or chicken stock)

  7. 1 cup heavy cream

  8. ½ cup shredded Parmesan, room temperature

  9. ½ cup chicken stock (more if needed)

  10. Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the Ravioli:
    Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Make the Sauce:
    In a large skillet, add chopped onion, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes (including a little oil from the jar). Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the onions soften.

  • Pour in White Wine:
    Add the white wine and let it reduce slightly.

  • Add the Cream and Cheese:
    Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add shredded Parmesan and stir until melted and fully incorporated. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add chicken stock until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

  • Combine and Serve:
    Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce. Heat through, then garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.

  • You can use any type of ravioli (cheese, spinach, or meat-filled) for this recipe.

 

  • Fresh basil can be substituted with parsley if desired.
