- 1/2 cup Fresh shredded Parmesan or Italian cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Italian herbs, to taste
Instructions

Season and pan-sear chicken: Season chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-sear the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the chicken to a separate pan.

Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes until fragrant. Add chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, and heavy whipping cream. Stir in seasoning and let simmer.
