Description

This Cheesy Garbage Bread Delight is the ultimate comfort food mashup—oozing with mozzarella, packed with sausage, pepperoni, and veggies, and wrapped in golden pizza dough. Perfect for game day, parties, or a savory dinner twist. Serve it with marinara for an extra kick!


Ingredients

1 package (16 oz) pizza dough
1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a bowl, mix sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface. Evenly spread the mixture over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice and serve hot with marinara sauce if desired.
