These creamy Tiramisu Truffles bring the bold, coffee-kissed flavor of classic tiramisu into a rich, bite-sized, no-bake dessert. Perfect for elegant entertaining or a sweet treat anytime.

- 1 1/2 cups crushed ladyfingers
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (for rolling or dusting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed ladyfingers, mascarpone, powdered sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a lined tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip the chilled truffles in the melted chocolate or roll them in cocoa powder, depending on your preference.
- Optionally, dust the tops with extra cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
- Chill the truffles for another 15 minutes to set before serving.

- For stronger coffee flavor, increase espresso powder slightly.
