Description

These creamy Tiramisu Truffles bring the bold, coffee-kissed flavor of classic tiramisu into a rich, bite-sized, no-bake dessert. Perfect for elegant entertaining or a sweet treat anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ladyfingers
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (for rolling or dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed ladyfingers, mascarpone, powdered sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a lined tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Dip the chilled truffles in the melted chocolate or roll them in cocoa powder, depending on your preference.
  5. Optionally, dust the tops with extra cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
  6. Chill the truffles for another 15 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • For stronger coffee flavor, increase espresso powder slightly.
  • You can freeze the truffles for up to 1 month—thaw before serving.
