A flavorful and juicy chicken recipe seasoned with King’sford Lemon Pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Baked to perfection and finished with a garlic butter glaze and a sprinkle of Kinders lemon pepper for that extra kick! Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

  1. 4 chicken legs (or thighs)
  2. 1 tbsp King’sford Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  3. 1 tsp garlic powder
  4. 1 tsp onion powder
  5. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  6. 1 tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
  7. 2 tbsp grapeseed oil (or any cooking oil)
  8. 2 tbsp garlic butter (for brushing)
  9. 1 tbsp Kinders Lemon Pepper (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Coat the chicken legs and thighs with grapeseed oil.
  • Season the chicken evenly with King’sford Lemon Pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Badia Complete Seasoning.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, and bake uncovered for 70-75 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  • Once baked, brush the chicken with garlic butter and sprinkle with Kinders Lemon Pepper.

 

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh or thawed chicken.
  • You can use any oil for coating the chicken, but grapeseed oil gives a nice crispiness.
  • The garlic butter adds extra flavor and richness to the chicken.

 

  • For extra crispiness, you can broil the chicken for 1-2 minutes after baking.
