- 1–2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (see notes)
- 1 (10-16oz) container spinach artichoke dip (or any cream cheese-based dip)
- 1 heaping cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness or slice them lengthwise for faster cooking. Cut into manageable portions if desired.
- Arrange chicken in the baking dish and spread a thick layer of spinach artichoke dip over top. (You may not need the entire container, depending on the amount of chicken.)
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve alone or pair with buttered noodles, rice, roasted potatoes, garlic bread, salad, or veggies.
Notes
- Use store-bought spinach artichoke dip for a quick option, or make your own if you prefer.
- For a faster cooking time, slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally.
- You can substitute mozzarella or cheddar with any cheese of your preference, like gouda or provolone.
