Ingredients
Scale
1–2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (see notes)
1 heaping cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness or slice them lengthwise for faster cooking. Cut into manageable portions if desired.
Arrange chicken in the baking dish and spread a thick layer of spinach artichoke dip over top. (You may not need the entire container, depending on the amount of chicken.)
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve alone or pair with buttered noodles, rice, roasted potatoes, garlic bread, salad, or veggies.
Notes
Use store-bought spinach artichoke dip for a quick option, or make your own if you prefer.
For a faster cooking time, slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally.
You can substitute mozzarella or cheddar with any cheese of your preference, like gouda or provolone.
