Description

This super easy Lazy Lasagna is made with frozen ravioli, tomato sauce, and cheese, baked to perfection for a quick and affordable dinner. Perfect for busy nights, this simple casserole delivers all the comfort of lasagna without the hassle.


Ingredients

  1. 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  2. 1 (24 oz) jar tomato sauce
  3. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Arrange a single layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the ravioli.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use spaghetti sauce instead of plain tomato sauce for added flavor.
  • If you don’t have shredded mozzarella, you can substitute with a shredded cheese blend.
  • If frozen ravioli is unavailable, canned ravioli works as a good alternative.
