Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the frozen mini phyllo tarts on a baking sheet and set aside. - Prepare the Key Lime Filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, lime zest, powdered sugar, and egg yolks until smooth and creamy. - Fill the Tartlets:
