  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  7. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  11. 8 oz lump crab meat (drained if canned)
  12. 2 green onions, chopped
  13. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
  14. Crackers, toasted bread, or chips for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Mix the Base:
    In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and well blended.

  • Add the Crab:
    Gently fold in the lump crab meat, green onions, and diced red bell pepper (if using). Be careful not to break up the crab too much.

  • Bake the Dip:
    Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
