- 6 roasted jalapeños
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz white cheddar
- 1 tbsp chili powder or smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper
- Chili flakes on top
Instructions
- Roast jalapeños until blackened, then chop.
- Blend with all other ingredients until smooth.
- Top with chili flakes & serve with chips!
Notes
- Adjust the chili flakes to your desired level of spiciness.
- If you prefer a milder dip, you can remove the seeds from the jalapeños before roasting.
- This dip can be served immediately or chilled for a bit to allow the flavors to meld.
