1 lb baby bella mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced mushrooms and a sprinkle of salt.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms turn golden brown.

Add Italian dressing, diced onion, and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
