Description

Juicy grilled chicken bites tossed in a rich and creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for pairing with rice, pasta, or veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight for best results.
  2. Heat a grill pan or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and grill for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened and cheese is melted.
  5. Return grilled chicken bites to the pan. Toss in the sauce and let simmer for 1–2 more minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite side.
