- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight for best results.
- Heat a grill pan or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and grill for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened and cheese is melted.
- Return grilled chicken bites to the pan. Toss in the sauce and let simmer for 1–2 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite side.
Notes
- Marinating longer will enhance flavor and tenderness of the chicken.
- Try serving with mashed potatoes or over pasta to soak up the sauce.
