- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1.5 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 6 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cups.
- Melt Peanut Butter: Heat the peanut butter, honey, and salt together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and combined.
- Add Rice Krispies: Mix in Rice Krispies and stir to coat well with the peanut butter mixture.
- Form Cups: Spoon the Rice Krispies mixture into the muffin tin and press down firmly.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave or over a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Assemble: Spoon the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispie mixture in each muffin cup.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set and firm.
- Serve: Peel off the liners and enjoy these delicious, chocolatey treats!
