Description

  1. 3 cups Rice Krispies
  2. 1.5 cups chocolate chips
  3. 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  4. 6 tbsp honey
  5. 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Prepare Pan: Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cups.
  • Melt Peanut Butter: Heat the peanut butter, honey, and salt together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and combined.
  • Add Rice Krispies: Mix in Rice Krispies and stir to coat well with the peanut butter mixture.
  • Form Cups: Spoon the Rice Krispies mixture into the muffin tin and press down firmly.
  • Melt Chocolate: In a microwave or over a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Assemble: Spoon the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispie mixture in each muffin cup.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set and firm.
