For the Hot Honey:
1/4 cup (80g) honey
1 tsp hot sauce (Frank’s or Cholula recommended)
1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
For the Pizzas:
2 garlic flatbreads (see notes)
1/2 cup (130g) pizza sauce
2 cups (180g) low-moisture mozzarella, shredded
12 slices pepperoni
Sliced black olives & fresh jalapeños (optional)
Preheat the Oven:
Set the oven to 220°C (430°F).
Place a baking tray inside to heat up (this helps crisp the pizza base).
Make the Hot Honey:
In a small bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes.
Microwave for 10–20 seconds or heat on the stovetop until warm.
Stir and let cool.
Assemble the Pizzas:
Spread pizza sauce over each flatbread.
Top with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, jalapeños, and olives.
Add a few pieces of mozzarella over the pepperoni to prevent curling.
Bake the Pizzas:
Place the pizzas on the preheated tray.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are lightly charred and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Drizzle & Serve:
Drizzle with hot honey to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
You can use store-bought garlic flatbreads or make your own.
Adjust the level of spice with more or less chili flakes and hot sauce.
