Instructions
For the Chicken:
- Clean, trim, and cut the chicken breast or thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken with your chosen seasonings.
- Add milk to the seasoned chicken and let it soak.
- In a bag or bowl, add flour and season it as well.
- Remove chicken from the milk mixture and coat it with the flour.
- Fry the chicken until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain.
- In a skillet on medium/high heat, add a small amount of oil.
- Add the red and green bell peppers and onion, and sear them slightly.
- Add the fried chicken to the skillet, then pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer until everything is well-coated and heated through.

For the Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, and brown sugar until fully combined.
For the Noodles:

- In a skillet, heat some oil over medium/high heat.

- Reduce heat and mix until everything is well combined.
