- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil.
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with chili powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Sear salmon in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice, simmering for another minute.
- Pour the warm sauce over the cooked salmon bites and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides or over rice.

- Adjust honey and lemon to your preferred sweetness and tang.
- Fresh salmon works best, but thawed frozen fillets can also be used.
