This Honey Garlic Butter Baked Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for dinner. The rich, sweet honey and savory garlic butter sauce complement the tender salmon perfectly.

- 4 boneless salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp dried parsley (or 2 tsp fresh, chopped)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced into half-moons
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets. Arrange lemon slices around and on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then baste the salmon with the sauce from the tray.
- Continue baking for another 4-7 minutes until the salmon is tender and flaky.
- Serve warm with your favorite potatoes and green veggies. Enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to swap dried parsley with fresh chopped parsley for a fresher flavor.
- You can use fresh lemon juice instead of lemon slices if desired.
- For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
