Ingredients

Scale
  1. 4 boneless salmon fillets
  2. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. ½ tsp dried parsley (or 2 tsp fresh, chopped)
  6. ¼ tsp salt
  7. ¼ tsp pepper
  8. Pinch of paprika
  9. 1 lemon, sliced into half-moons

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets. Arrange lemon slices around and on top of the salmon.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, then baste the salmon with the sauce from the tray.
  • Continue baking for another 4-7 minutes until the salmon is tender and flaky.

  • Serve warm with your favorite potatoes and green veggies. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to swap dried parsley with fresh chopped parsley for a fresher flavor.
  • You can use fresh lemon juice instead of lemon slices if desired.

  • For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
