Instructions

  • Prep the Tray
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside. Ensure freezer space for the tray.
  • Mix the Dough
    • In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract.
    • Gradually mix in confectioners’ sugar using an electric mixer until a stiff, non-sticky dough forms.
  • Shape the Patties
    • Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared tray.
    • Flatten each ball into a thick disc and freeze for 1 hour.
  • Melt the Chocolate
    • Melt almond bark in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Dip and Decorate
    • Dip each frozen patty into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.
    • Shake off excess chocolate and place the patty back on the tray.
