- 3 tbsp cold water

Instructions

- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8″ thickness.
- Cut the dough into strips (a pizza cutter works well).
- Store the noodles in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for 1-2 months.
- To cook, boil the noodles in water for 7-9 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish or in a delicious chicken soup!
