Homemade egg noodles made with just five simple ingredients, perfect for soups or as a side dish. Easy to make and customizable!
Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
- Beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the remaining ingredients (cold water, salt, and flour) and knead until smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8″ thickness.
- Cut the dough into strips using a pizza cutter or your preferred method.
- Store the noodles in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months.
- To cook, boil the noodles for 7-9 minutes until tender. Serve as desired, particularly great in chicken soup!
Notes
- If you want thicker noodles, simply cut the strips a little wider.
- For best results, use the noodles fresh or freeze them for longer storage.
- These noodles work well in soups, casseroles, or as a simple pasta dish with your favorite sauce.
