These Homemade Dill Pickle Gummy Worms are the perfect mix of savory and tangy with a chewy, gummy twist! Perfect for pickle lovers or anyone who enjoys a fun snack. These gummies are low-calorie and super easy to make

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 cup dill pickle juice – the briny base for these pickle-flavored gummies
  2. 1/4 cup water – to dilute the pickle juice
  3. 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin – gives the gummies their chewy texture
  4. 1 tablespoon honey or sugar – optional, for a slight sweetness
  5. Green food coloring – optional, to add a fun color
  6. Silicone gummy worm mold – to shape the gummies into fun worms

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the dill pickle juice and water. Heat over low heat until warm but not boiling.
  • Gradually whisk in the unflavored gelatin, one tablespoon at a time, until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in honey or sugar and a few drops of green food coloring (if using) for added sweetness and visual appeal.
  • Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Carefully pour or spoon the mixture into the silicone gummy worm mold, filling each cavity completely.
  • Place the mold in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the gummy worms are fully set.
  • Once firm, remove the gummy worms from the mold and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey/sugar.
  • These gummies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For an extra tangy twist, you can add more dill pickle juice.
