Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee: Dissolve the instant coffee in 2 tablespoons of hot water and allow it to cool.
- Whip the Cream: Beat the cold heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Mix: Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk and the cooled coffee into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Freeze: Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve: For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or a drizzle of caramel before serving, and enjoy!
