The combination of heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa creates the perfect indulgent treat that’s rich, creamy, and cold—just like the fast-food favorite!

  1. 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  2. 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1/2 cup chocolate milk
  4. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer (or stand mixer) until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to 1 hour to achieve that classic Frosty texture.
