Description

  2. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  3. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  5. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  7. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  8. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  9. ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangular shape.
  • Transfer to baking sheet: Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Prepare garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Brush with garlic butter: Brush the garlic butter mixture over the entire surface of the dough.
  • Add cheese and seasonings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough. Then, sprinkle the chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt over the cheese.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
