- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangular shape.
- Transfer to baking sheet: Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Prepare garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush with garlic butter: Brush the garlic butter mixture over the entire surface of the dough.
- Add cheese and seasonings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough. Then, sprinkle the chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt over the cheese.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Slice and serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into breadsticks. Serve warm and enjoy!
