2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
4 drops hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
Mix the Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, salt, ground pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Cook the Sauce: Stir the mixture thoroughly and heat over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Simmer and Blend Flavors: Let the sauce simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
Cool and Store: Remove from heat and let the sauce cool completely. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Adjust the heat level by adding more or less hot sauce and cayenne pepper according to your taste preference.
