1 lb lean ground beef
1 yellow onion, diced
4 russet potatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of potato soup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Creole seasoning
1 cup crispy French fried onions
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown beef: Add ground beef to a 10-inch cast iron skillet or small casserole dish. Press down and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with diced onions.
Layer potatoes and cheese: Lay sliced potatoes over the top in an even layer. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Make sauce: Combine cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, and Creole seasoning in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk well.
Pour sauce: Pour the sauce over the cheese and spread evenly.
Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours. Remove foil, sprinkle with French fried onions, and broil for a few minutes to brown the top.
Serve: Remove from the oven and serve hot.

You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference, and feel free to add more cheese if desired.
